So, unfortunately making and drinking cocktails isn’t free (if that were true, oh, what a wonderful world it would be.) Until that happens I need to find some way to pay for this site. I do this through links and/or ads around my site.
I, Aaron and by extension FancyAsF.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
So if I talk about a mandolin slicer I really like, I may add a link to a product page where you can buy it, and I make money from this somehow. The price remains the same, I basically just share a small (very small) percentage of the profits the seller would have made at no cost to you. I only link to, endorse, or partner with companies and products I personally use and truly enjoy.
For non-recipe posts I may also include ads that Amazon recommends for my readers. These are ads based the content of my article or keywords that I select. I may not have tried these products personally, but I do regularly check them to make sure they’re not suggesting something ridiculous.
So just be aware that while the links to products and/or ads do make me money and I will never let making money come in the way of me providing truthful and I think pretty damn good content for this site.
